If you have a monthly renewal membership and have not utilized any of the membership benefits listed during the current membership period, you are eligible to cancel your membership before the next renewal charge. Once your cancellation request is received, it will be processed within 2-3 business days, and you will not be charged for the next renewal period.
1.2 Cancellation after Benefit Usage:
If you have used any of the membership benefits listed during the current membership period, you must wait until the next renewal to cancel your membership. Cancellation requests before the next renewal, in this case, will not be processed. You may submit your cancellation request at arielsjewelry.online@gmail.com, and it will be attended to within 2-3 business days.
2. Yearly Renewal Memberships:
2.1 Cancellation Anytime:
Customers with yearly renewal memberships have the flexibility to cancel their membership at any time during the membership period, whether the benefits have been used or not. To initiate the cancellation process, please send an email to arielsjewelry.online@gmail.com. Your cancellation request will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Important Notes:
- Refunds: Please note that no refunds of any kind will be provided for memberships, regardless of the cancellation date or reason for cancellation.
- Grace Period for Renewal: If you wish to avoid being charged for the next renewal period, you must submit your cancellation request at least 2-3 business days before the scheduled renewal date. Any cancellation requests received after this period will be effective for the subsequent renewal cycle.
