- Standard Sizes: Women's size 7, Men's size 10.
- Delivery Options: Overnight, Ground, or 2nd Day Shipping.
- Custom Sizes: Additional 1-2 weeks for sizes 5-9 (women) and 7-12 (men). For other sizes, 4-8 weeks due to special crafting.
- Fully Insured & Signature Required.
2. Gold Chains and Cuban Link Chains:
- Processing Time: 6-8 business days for custom crafting or sourcing.
- Shipping Options: Ground (3-4 business days), Second Day Air, or Next Day Air.
- Fully Insured & Signature Required.
3. Bangle Bracelets:
- Delivery Timeframe: 3-4 weeks.
- Fully Insured & Signature Required.
General Shipping Information:
- Shipping Methods: Depending on the product, customers can select from Overnight, Ground, Second Day Air, or Next Day Air shipping.
- Insurance and Security: All shipments are fully insured. A signature from someone aged 18 or older is required upon delivery to ensure the secure and confirmed receipt of your order.
- Order Processing: The processing time varies by product and is detailed in the specific product sections above. This time is necessary to prepare your order with the utmost care and precision.

Shipment Disclaimer: The customer is responsible for all purchased items from the point they leave the store. While we insure all packages for their value and assist in the claim process, we are not responsible for any loss if the claim is rejected by UPS Capital or the Shipping Provider. The claim process can take 2-6 weeks to complete. Once the claim is approved, we will proceed to replace the lost item.
